Poolside dinning is available all day long. A buffet and à la carte breakfast is served from our dinning area, overlooking the pool. There will be both Western and local options, allowing you to enjoy some home comforts but also sample some of the local delicacies.
We discourage the use of plastic water bottles and instead provide all our guests with a glass water bottle that can be refilled free of charge at reception from our water filtered tap.
Our extensive drinks list has been curated from around the world, meaning you can enjoy some of the finest wines and our signature cocktails, crafted exclusively for The Watermark, at the pool or over dinner.
We also offer in-house cooking classes for those who want to learn what goes into making the perfect Vietnamese dish.
